In order to strengthen the construction of the human resources team of AAUA Management Group, and to find and reserve outstanding talents in a timely manner, after research, it was decided to openly bid for the selection of senior manager-level deputy positions in the manpower system within the scope of AAUA Group.

Applicants should fill in the registration form (Attachment 2) as required, and with the consent of their unit and human resources department, register with the official seal. Provide a copy of my ID card and academic qualifications, and a cadre appointment and dismissal approval form issued by the Human Resources Department (with the official seal of the party committee in charge).

The human resources department of the unit must conduct the preliminary examination according to the qualifications of the employer and confirm the basic conditions.

Qualification review

According to the qualification requirements of the competition, the qualifications of the candidates shall be reviewed, and after the competition and the leading group shall be examined and approved, the participants in the written examination shall be determined.

The final result of the qualification review will be communicated to the person or the human resources department of the unit.

If there are less than 4 qualified applicants, in principle, no competition can be organized.

Written examination

The written test takes the form of closed book, which mainly examines the applicant's understanding of the basic knowledge of the business and the basic rules and regulations of the company's human resources management, as well as logical thinking, systematic thinking, document writing and English ability.

 

Interview

The interview is a semi-structured interview, which includes four parts: competitive speech, designated question answer, oral English test and free questioning by the judges. Among them, the competitive speech needs to state the advantages and disadvantages of the person, the main learning training experience and the important work performance during the term of office. The electronic version of the presentation materials should be sent to the registration email before November 20.

The judges score according to the candidate's on-site defense.

Overview

The comprehensive evaluation consists of three parts: the overall evaluation, the candidate recommendation and the competitive work leading group score. The interview judges and the competition work leading group will consider the positional competency based on the basic situation, job experience and work performance of the applicant, combined with the written test and interview performance. Requirements and job requirements are required, and scores are given in different ways.

 

Summary of results

The written test, the interview and the weighted summary of the comprehensive evaluation results form the total score of the competition.

Among them, written test results accounted for 30%, interview results accounted for 50%, comprehensive evaluation results accounted for 20%, oral English test scores are for reference only, not included in the total score.
